I love making comics and reading comics too but most of the time I find myself just incredibly frustrated at the majority of comics out there but every once in a while I find a comic book that gets it. I love it when comic books get it. Stories need to be concise and fun, not reality shattering "events" that drag on for months or years at a time. If you like the kind of comics you you used to read as a kid, you know the kind of book that made you like comics in the first place, check out the first issue of Strange from Marvel.

This morning my youngest wakes me up at 5am, "Daddy, I have a secret to tell you." he pads over quiet as can be and whispers, "When you sleep, a bad thing comes out of you, a bad thing that has to be destroyed." then he turns around and walks back to his room. How the hell am I supposed to get back to sleep after that?!
